Sectional Title is the means by which individual parts of a single building can be separately owned and transferred. Sectional Title surveys are regulated under the Sectional Title Act (Act No.95/1986) and the plans showing the positioning of the buildings in relation to the land must be prepared by a Sectional Title Practitioner.
