Sectional Title Surveys

Sectional Title is the means by which individual parts of a single building can be separately owned and transferred. Sectional Title surveys are regulated under the Sectional Title Act (Act No.95/1986) and the plans showing the positioning of the buildings in relation to the land must be prepared by a Sectional Title Practitioner.

Kingston and Associates have been registered Sectional Title practitioners since 2000 and have the skill and experience to draft quality sectional plans for clients.

The preparation of a sectional plan is part of the process of creating individual ownership of different parts of a single building or property. Therefore, registered sectional title practitioners are an essential part of this process to measure, draft and submit sectional plans to the Surveyor-general’s office for final approval.

1. Introduction
